Deliverance From Trouble

Here are some what I call anchor scriptures that will get you through tough times in your life. If Jesus is Lord of your life, then you have a blood covenant with God that ensures victory in any situation or trial you face. You have to meditate on what God says in His word until it takes root in your heart and then faith will be released to bring manifestation and resolve in your situation. However, for this to work in your life you have to make Jesus Lord of your life. The promises of God are for the righteous which are those in right standing with God. If you have not made Jesus Lord of your life I encourage you to do so now according to Romans 10:9 which says, "that if you confess with your mouth , "Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead , you will be saved. That's all it is to it. Once you do this then the Bible says you are saved. If you have made the decision today to give your life to the Lord, Congratulations! This is the beginning of a brand new life in Christ. I suggest you begin to read the Bible beginning in the New Testament (Matthew- Revelation) then go back and read the Old Testament. Also you will want to find a Bible teaching church to continue with your spiritual growth. Have a great day and remember that Jesus loves you.

Psalm 37: 39-40 " The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord; he is their stonghold in times of trouble. The Lord helps them and delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in him."
Psalm 37: 28 " For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. "
Psalm 34: 19 " A righteous man may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all."

Act On What You Know!

It's not enough to just know something. You can get all of the knowledge in the world but if you don't act on it then it is just information. We have to act on what we know. The Bible in fact tells us in the Book of James 1: 22-25 " Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it- he will be blessed in what he does. "

God Bless You and create a prosperous day!

Queens Corner

I am new to blogging, however I have been publishing a newsletter for women for the past 3 years. I want to share with other women some of the topics I discuss in hope to inspire you. Thank you for taking the time to to read my postings.

Intro
Hello ladies,
I will be focusing this year on ways to put our lives in order. We need to be prepared for the good things that God wants to bring into our lives. Don't be moved by all the negative reports from the media and some of the people around you. Continue moving forward with your dreams and goals because The Best Is Yet To Come!

Money Corner
This particular area pertaining to money or investments hit home for me a few months ago when I decided one day to check my daughter's educational account. I am so glad I did, because the account had lost money in a relatively short period of time. I was able to move the money into a more conservative account without losing any more money. In these times we have to really pay attention to where and what we are doing with our money. I encourage you to make it a point to know the current status of your financial affairs. If you need advice, first pray and then seek out a qualified professional with a proven track record.

Debt
Are you in debt? We have seen firsthand how debt can destroy an entire economy. Aside from the economy, debt is a leading reason for divorce. Ladies, debt is not our friend. In fact, the Bible tells us in Proverbs 22:7 that the borrower is servant to the lender. I don't know about you, but that is a very sobering thought. I would rather own my stuff than to be servant to a lender and subject to all of their rules, fees and rates. My husband and I found out a few years back when we were able to pay off one of our cars and pay cash for another car how powerful it is to own you own things. We are currently in faith using Biblical and practical principles to be completely debt-free which includes owning our home outright. I will let you know when it happens to hopefully inspire you to do the same. When you purpose to be debt-free and plan on it, then it become possible for you. When we are free from the burden of debt, we place ourselves in position for God to use and guide us in putting our money to it's highest use.

Word of Encouragement
Lately, if you've been feeling like the world is coming against you from every direction, don't fret!
Know that you are not the only person facing life's challenges. We all face many of the same challenges in different ways. I encourage you to look to God from whom your help comes. You will gain the strength you need to overcome whatever it is you are facing. If we learn to take our focus off of our own problems, and begin to help someone else, we will see our deliverance come. As a believer in Christ, we are destined to win over anything that comes our way. Remember, you are a Victor, not a Victim!

God bless you and be happy!
